
Terms & Conditions
- A deposit of £30 per cat is payable to secure the booking. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the booking slot will be allocated to another cat.
- The deposit will be carried over to the next appointment if the minimum of 72 hour cancellation notice is given.
- If I arrive and you or your cat are not available and the grooming or massage session can't go ahead, the deposit is not refundable.
- The outstanding balance for the appointment must be paid at the end of the appointment before I leave your property.
- Prior to booking the grooming/massage session I require you to disclose any pre-existing health conditions of your cat, and if your cat exhibits any aggressive behaviour.
- I will not groom/massage a cat that is unwell or has an infectious disease, such as ringworm, until your vet has declared the cat to be healthy.
- If during the grooming/massage session any health issues are discovered, I will immediately notify you, if I find any issues that require veterinary attention, the session will be terminated.
- The grooming or massage session can be terminated for the safety of the cat and/or the groomer.
- If fleas are found on the cat during a groom, a £10 flea charge will be applicable.
At Feline Fur Control I take the greatest care with every cat to ensure its
comfort and safety, however shaving badly matted coats always carry a risk of
nipping the skin and/or can cause an irritation on the shaved areas, because
matting is too close to the skin. I will not be held liable for any injuries, skin
irritation, coat damage or any other discomfort caused as a result of neglect to
the cat's physical condition.
